Delivery Terms

A flat rate delivery charge is applicable on each order. The delivery charge remains the same for however many items you purchase but varies based on your location. This will be indicated on your final order total, but for reference, here are our current delivery locations and prices:

We aim to despatch your order within 5-7 working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

If you have ordered more than one item and in the unlikely event that part of your order is out of stock we will contact you.

For UK Orders: For some orders a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. If the order cannot be delivered a postcard will be left allowing you to contact the Royal Mail to re-arrange a more convenient delivery time or informing you of the Royal Mail address where your delivery will be held if you wish to collect it. A proof of identity (passport, driving licence or utility bill) will be required by the Royal Mail to enable you to pick up your order.
